I was ecstatic when I received Jacqueline & Matt's initial inquiry for their spring wedding in Taos.  There are many wonderful places to get married across the SW, but the Stakeout is one of my very favorite places to be in general.   The high desert is wonderful in spring and I was so hoping that they would choose me.  Spoiler, they did and through a cross state move and their very busy work schedules we got to know one another and planned for their day over the next 14 months.

Not unlike many couples who find me, Jacq and Matt noted from the get go that they were aiming for a very laid back vibe on their day.  Matt in particular did not love having his picture taken and Jacq noted that she wanted to be posed as little as absolutely possible.  Given that their guests were going to be traveling from across the country and globe to be with them on this day they wanted to spend as much of it as possible with them and for the photos to simply be of that.

I had a wonderful time, they had a wonderful time and if the images are any indication, all of their friends and loved ones also had an incredible time.
